Contexte
Le financement reste l'un des principaux verrous à l'accélération de l'économie circulaire : les modèles de réemploi, de réparation ou de réutilisation de matières ont des profils de rentabilité et de risque encore mal maîtrisés par les acteurs financiers traditionnels, ce qui freine leur passage à l'échelle.
La Coalition Finance Circulaire, animée par Circul'R, réunit BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, Crédit Mutuel, Groupe BPCE, La Banque Postale et EDF. Elle vise à contribuer à créer des conditions favorables au financement de l'économie circulaire.
Après une première année consacrée à l'identification de solutions concrètes, cette deuxième année s'est concentrée sur l'analyse d'opportunités de financement stratégiques. Les travaux ont porté sur l'Écologie Industrielle et Territoriale (EIT) - notamment la valorisation de la chaleur fatale - ainsi que sur le recyclage de matériaux critiques tels que les batteries lithium-ion, le titane et le cuivre. L'ensemble des enseignements est rassemblé dans un Livre blanc qui sera dévoilé lors de l'événement.
