Faced with the sustainability challenge posed by its sector and the new CSRD obligation, a French jewellery and fine jewellery player wants to put in place a CSR and circular strategy, an associated roadmap and a written non-financial report.
Solution
In order to address the full scope of the client's needs, covering both its social and environmental issues, we teamed up with a CSR consultancy to build a comprehensive approach. The support ran in 4 phases:
- A diagnostic of the client's activities to identify the actions already in place, the weaknesses and the opportunities across all CSR topics, with an operational focus on circularity.
- Co-design of a CSR and circular strategy with quantified targets, approved by the executive committee.
- Development of the associated roadmap, approved by the executive committee.
- Drafting of the non-financial report incorporating the CSRD requirements to make future reporting easier.
