A major Swiss luxury watchmaking group wanted to eco-design its presentation boxes and offer circular experiences to its customers.
Solution
Collaborative work with the innovation, design and CSR teams over 8 months:
- A diagnostic focused on the presentation box value chain.
- A study of 1,200 luxury consumers across 4 countries on their perceptions and habits.
- A design workshop on circular boxes and their customer experiences, run through collective intelligence sessions.
- A consumer study on how the concepts were received and how appealing they were, and the structuring of a business model for each eco-designed concept.
