As part of its CSR policy, the company identified the circular economy as a key lever for preserving resources. In order to accelerate and sharpen the group's circular strategy, the Impact Department set out to take stock of, understand and showcase the existing circular approach, as well as to identify new opportunities.
Solution
- 15 interviews conducted with the Group's main business lines (R&D, nuclear, thermal, hydro and renewable generation, etc.).
- Analysis of internal and external documentation.
- Production of the overall diagnostic, using a combined methodology based on the Value Hill and the ISO 59004 standard currently being drafted (ISO/TC 323).
