A B2B energy company (multi-technical maintenance, decentralised energy generation, facility management, energy performance contracting) wants to identify its good practices and its gaps in terms of circularity, so that it can better promote its circular initiatives to its clients and consolidate its circular economy roadmap.
The objectives:
- Run a circularity diagnostic on the sites of one of the company's major clients, where it carries out multi-technical maintenance and energy performance work.
- Contribute the circularity section of the CSR submission, in the context of the renegotiation of the framework contract between the energy company and its client.
- Help the energy company embed the circular economy across all its technical and commercial tender submissions.
