The objectives:

Solution
We worked in a collaborative format: the company brought its marketing, design and commercial expertise, and Circul'R its expertise in circular economy business models.
- A benchmark and analysis of 9 circular business models and 8 supporting circular activities (repair, warranty, etc.).
- 1 workshop with the management team to prioritise 2 business models, and to define the associated product categories.
- 2 workshops to develop those business models.
